Parts Returns

Please ask if you are unsure about fitment before ordering.

Should you change your mind before fitting, parts can be returned for refund within 14 days however you are responsible for returns costs and items returned must be unopened and in original packaging.

Warranty for faulty parts does not cover and we will have no liability to you, in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, neglect, tampering of goods, abnormal working conditions, incorrect fitting or ordering of goods or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

We reserve the right to have any faulty product inspected before refund/exchange.

Before returning faulty goods you must contact us for a Returns Form. This form must be completed and emailed to us at which time a returns reference will be issued.

Faulty goods must be returned within 30 days of order for a monetary refund. Goods where a fault is established between 30 and 180 days will be either repaired or replaced. Please refer to the conditions of the Consumer Rights Act for faults which occur after this timescale.

Under no circumstances will we accept liability to you in respect of costs incurred such as: (but not limited to) loss of earnings, travel expenses, recovery costs, labour costs or damages etc.
